Admissions Coordinator – Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehab

At Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, we’re seeking someone who is:

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Accountable and able to take ownership of their work with minimal oversight
• A big-picture thinker who understands how their role impacts patient care
• Mission-driven and willing to advocate for patients, pushing through barriers to ensure access to life-changing care

What you will need:

• Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred.
• Related admissions and medical insurance work experience will be considered in place of degree
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Able to function in position with minimal supervision
• Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
